Proposed - These projects are in some phase of study, requesting permission, or permitting.
A great concern we've heard in the neighborhood the lack of affordable housing, particularly for seniors and long-time residents of the neighborhood to stay in West 7th. The Federation Board of Directors voted to support applications for variances for this project. The Board wants people to be able to continue to live in the neighborhood if they choose and this provides 47 additional affordable apartments for West 7th.
