City Wide Drop Off Events - 2021 For over 20 years, the City has partnered with local district councils, such as the West 7th / Fort Road Federation, to organize annual Citywide Drop-off Events. Residents can properly dispose of large items and recycle materials not collected in the residential collection program. For information, visit stpaul.gov/drop-offs.
Saturday, June 12 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Harding High School
Saturday, August 21 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Washington Technology Magnet School
Saturday, September 18 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the MN State Fairgrounds
The events in June and September will accept mattresses, appliances, and electronics for a fee, as well as confidential papers for shredding and cardboard at no cost. Non-perishable food donations will also be accepted. The event in August will only accept electronics for a fee.
Reminder: As part of the regular Citywide Coordinated Garbage Program (1-4-unit residential properties), residents can dispose of 2-3 bulky items each year. This includes electronics, appliances, mattresses, and many other items. Visit stpaul.gov/bulky for more information.
A postcard with more details about the drop-off events will be mailed to Saint Paul households soon. Additional information can be found at stpaul.gov/drop-offs.
Want to be a volunteer? Volunteers receive a voucher to dispose of one load for free. Call the organizing district council to participate!
