Recycling

The city of Saint Paul, through its partnership with Eureka Recycling, provides recycling services to all Saint Paul residents. Saint Paul's curbside recycling program is sponsored by Eureka Recycling, the City of Saint Paul, the State of Minnesota SCORE funds through Ramsey County and your neighborhood community council.
Eureka's website has great information on what items are acceptable for recycling. There is even an app to download! Questions about difficult items? Visit Saint Paul's Recycle Smart page.
Visit the City of Saint Paul's website, for complete information on recycling and waste reduction, including residential curbside recycling, yard waste, composting and more.
Recycling day for the West Seventh area is Tuesday’s. Have your cart out by 7 a.m. with arrows facing out toward the street/alley and 2 feet of space around the cart. Materials should fit loosely inside your cart with lids closed. In winter, please remember to shovel a space for your cart. Carts are 65 gallons in size.
Residents can set out extra materials, outside of the cart any time, not just after a missed collection. Limit is 6 paper grocery bags or 3 medium size boxes. Set next to the cart with some space. Eureka will empty the cart, put extras inside the cart and tip it again.
The City of Saint Paul is responsible for cart management services and customer service inquiries. Get in touch:

Here are some tips for recycling right:

- Save and reference Saint Paul and Ramsey County annual recycling guides that come in the mail.
- View a list of materials accepted for recycling at stpaul.gov/recycle.
