At a younger age we leapt over the fence.

A dozen neighbors of the North High Bridge Park, Uppertown and West End, met to clean up * years * of trash on Spring clean-up day, April 2003.  The park itself was fairly clean, but the bluff that descended to the railroad tracks, and to the river beyond, had accumulated about 20-plus large trash bags of bottles and cans, paper and plastic, most sorted for recyclables.
