Island Station is a unique 10½ acre development offers elegant living with cosmopolitan flair, significant areas of shoreline with magnificent views of the river, nature trails and a variety of supportive lifestyle amenities.

Island Station was constructed in 1924 by the St. Paul Gas and Light Company.  Constructed of stone, brick and ornamental metal framed windows, it presents a unique view and location along the Mississippi River's West End. Electricity generation was discontinued in 1975.  Its riverfront location borders the City of St. Paul's parks and trails, as well as river ecology.
